Christopher Kolakowski, Director of the MacArthur Memorial, shares the story of "Operation Torch," the successful World War II invasion of Norfolk Africa. Plans for Operation Torch were laid out at the Norfolk's Nansemond Hotel, and maneuvers were practiced on the beaches of Ocean View.
