After a brief business meeting to elect officers and board members, Norfolk author Shirley Nesbit Sellers will present her novel Just Across the Sound, the story of her staunchly-abolitionist great-grandmother, Sarah Eliza Mott, as she moved from New York to Roanoke Island and then to Civil War-era Norfolk.
