Treaty of Ghent Rose Dedication

INDOORS EVENT

Help commemorate the bicentennial of the signing of the Treaty of Ghent and 200 years of peace and friendship between the United States and Great Britain.  This ceremony will be held at the Chrysler Museum, Norfolk,  where a commemorative rose bush will be planted in honor of the original "Ghent Peace Roses" provided to the American and British delegates by the citizens of the Belgian city of Ghent in 1814. 

The dedication begins at 10 am.
