The early 19th century was a time of social and political upheaval and this change was reflected in the clothing that high society women--such as Norfolk belle Susan Wheeler--wore.  Join Stacy Weissner and Heather Hufton, of the Regency Society of Virginia, as they take you on a journey through the many layers of the wardrobe of a lady of fashion during this remarkable era.
